Your Impact

• As a Software Development Team Lead, you'll wear many hats:
• Innovator: Help steer the technical roadmap in a complex, safety-critical environment.
• Coach & Mentor: Support and grow your team’s technical and soft skills.
• Leader & Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with other team leads and stakeholders across the global Siemens Healthineers ecosystem.

What You Bring

• Experience in software engineering within med-tech or mission-critical systems
• Hand on in leading development teams — you’ve managed people, projects, and processes
• A holistic understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Solid grasp of agile and lean practices — and the flexibility to adapt as needed
• Strong communication skills (in English), plus the empathy to lead a diverse, international team
• A growth mindset: curious, collaborative, and always leveling up

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
