The DNV Electrical Process and Safety team is seeking to strengthen our management team with a Team Leader in our Groningen office.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4 employees in Groningen, focusing on team expansion.
- Foster a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations, and acting as a role model.
- Support the Head of Section in strategy and decision-making.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure efficient and consistent delivery of services aligned with customer expectations.
- Empower employees and encourage individual growth to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
- Act as Project Manager/Project Sponsor for relevant projects
Team Fostering:
- Stimulate a high-performing culture by setting a clear direction and being output-driven.
- Promote team capabilities both internally and externally.
- Create a flexible workforce and automate workflows to manage variable workloads.
- Build and strengthen a strong internal culture based on company values.
Talent Development:

Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in one or more of the technical subject areas
- Previous experience in the Energy sector, especially within oil and gas and/or renewables (hydrogen, storage, carbon capture) would be an advantage
