We are looking for a driven Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Informatica to join our collaborative team.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing solutions within the Life Sciences Technology domain. You will work with diverse stakeholders to ensure product success and optimize existing functionalities.

Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Optimize data quality and enhance data governance to meet evolving business needs
- Engage regularly with client managers and development teams, with some interaction with the client side
- Work closely with end users and stakeholders, including challenging stakeholders
- Collaborate with the client's Product Manager or Product Owner to own the product roadmap and propose ideas
- Define new opportunities, realize backlog items, and plan product promotions
- Implement a product mindset and take ownership of successful products from the past to drive project progress
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in business analysis
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in the Life Sciences Technology domain
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of successful product ownership
- Profound understanding of metrics and data-driven decision making
- Agile approach to requirements specification
