We are seeking a technically strong and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow one of the teams within our Core SaaS Platform engineering organization. This group is foundational to our enterprise-grade SaaS offerings – building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems, as well as internal tools that elevate the developer experience across SentinelOne.
As a core engineering organization, we play a critical role in end-to-end feature development and contribute significantly to the architectural design and evolution of SentinelOne’s cybersecurity platform, built to support the hyper-growth of our business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments, has deep architectural expertise, and leads by example. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in Java and other backend technologies, a solid history of successful project delivery, and proven leadership in scaling high-performing engineering teams within global, fast-paced environments.
We work in an agile environment with two-week sprints, emphasizing iterative progress, shared accountability, and fast feedback loops. Our teams operate in a distributed setup spanning EMEA, the US, and APAC, which requires effective collaboration across time zones and cultural boundaries.

We maintain high alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring that our teams are focused on delivering real value to customers.
