Energy Storage Solution Sales Operations Manager
Role Summary:
The position is responsible for leading and managing the Energy Storage Solution sales operations across US. This role will oversee the strategic direction, growth initiatives, and performance of the PowerCo Energy Storage Solution business in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and maximizing market opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement the ESS business strategy for the US region, aligning initiatives with corporate objectives.
o Set and manage quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor market trends, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
o Execute sales orders, drive order intake, and revenue generation, ensuring targets align with strategic goals.
o Define PowerCo ESS solutions by engaging interdisciplinary and cross-functional stakeholders to match ESS offerings with regional market demands.

In San Jose, California, the salary range for this role is $190,000 – $240,000, depending on education and experience.
