Join Us as an Electrician at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel)

We are seeking a qualified and safety-conscious Electrician to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel) This role requires solid electrical knowledge and the ability to maintain and repair electrical systems throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain all electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and staff accommodations.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical panels, circuit breakers, lighting systems, sockets, and hotel appliances.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in guest rooms and respond promptly to service requests and complaints.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical systems such as elevators, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and emergency lighting.
• Monitor and test backup power systems (e.g., generators, UPS) to ensure readiness during power outages.
• Assist in installing new equipment and support renovation or upgrade projects involving electrical components.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local safety regulations and codes.
• Maintain logbooks and reports on work performed, spare parts used, and issues identified.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and identify ways to reduce electrical consumption.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 2-3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, safety codes, and tools.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
