Job Description:

• Sustaining common process die bond, wire bond, lid seal to achieve target of yield, output, SPC control items
• Quick assist production machine down to minimize machine down time.
• Diagnose and resolve process problem/issue follow troubleshooting guidelines and OCAP
• Work together with manufacturing team to ensure that the common process production line is up and running smoothly.
• Performs validation of processing equipment, machines, stations and release to support production.
• Support common process engineer to execute process improvement in yield, UPH, automation, cost reduction,…etc.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of process control documents. Ensure all tasks are documented in accordance with company procedures
• Adhere to Lumentum’s safety policies, environmental regulations, and equipment standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical field.
• 0-3 years of experience in electrical/ optical manufacturing. Experience in die bond, wire bond, lid seal process would be advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings, machines, and process operation manuals
• Understanding failure analysis steps and good in problem-solving skills.
• Understanding basic concept of SPC and DOE.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and standards
