Corrpro Companies is looking for a Materials Inventory Analyst for our Sand Springs, Oklahoma facility.
Corrpro is the largest US corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, gas utilities, government agencies, municipal water, sewer utilities, and public transportation agencies. QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 5 – 7 years of Inventory, Purchasing or Supply chain management experience
- 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing, service or distribution environment
- Experience managing inventory in excess of $7 – 10M
- Expert analytical skills
- Expert proficiency using ERP/MRP system, JDE preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, determine solutions, and work to resolve the issues
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Ability to travel up to 25%

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems and inventory expert providing a high level of Management support to ensure data integrity in material management system. Primary resource responsible for the coordination of physical inventory and cycle count programs. Provide system support to Operations ensuring process consistency and accuracy across all divisions. As the System Expert in JDE Material Management module, provide system and process knowledge, best practices and Supply Chain support to Corrpro sites. Create monthly inventory reports for Management.
- System Support: Primary resource to update Master data with regards to costing, Min/Max, item number creation, BOM creation, Costed BOM updates, and system reporting (development and execution of system reports). Review and reconcile errors in system (JDE) and work with team members to train / retrain to standard work practices.
- Inventory Counts: Responsible for all system related activities around physical inventory counts. Responsible for development and implementation of cycle count program. Responsible for the development and implementation of procedures for the above tasks. Track and analyze inventory accuracy rates. Provide inventory count statistics to Management. Review inventory adjustment and scrap requests for accuracy and post approved inventory adjustment requests in ERP system.
- Inventory Management: Analysis of inventory usage and turns to providing Management with recommendations regarding Reorder points (Min/Max), slow moving inventory, Change in inventory, Standard cost updates, etc.
- Reporting: Interface between JDE technical resources and the operations group to develop and release JDE reports required by the business. Create and implement monthly inventory management reporting schedule (Negative inventory, Work order error, Turns, slow moving, etc.)
