Quality Control (QC) - Star City

Location: Star City, AR

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Express Employment is currently hiring for a QC Auditor to join a busy production facility in Star City. This is a hands-on role inspecting garments and finished items for quality and compliance. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work full shifts on their feet.

Job Duties:

• Read and follow specifications, grade charts, LRS, cutting directions, and trim sheets
• Use tape measurements to inspect products
• Accept or reject finished items based on quality standards
• Complete inspection reports and audit data
• Check garments prior to shipping (100% check for VF – Filson orders)
• Handle special QC checks and sample orders
• Maintain product guides and repack odd quantities as needed

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with garment inspection or assembly

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and work an 8-hour shift on your feet
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Able to read a ruler and follow written instructions
• Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
