As our new Senior CRM Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead the end-to-end execution and tactical planning of CRM activity, managing the BAU schedule to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel campaigns.
• Utilise data and insights to deliver highly personalised communications and maximise campaign performance.
• Oversee lifecycle automation processes, including campaign delivery, performance analysis, and ongoing optimisation, while effectively communicating results to the wider business.
• Manage multiple concurrent CRM workstreams efficiently in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate closely with international teams across product, tech, content, UX, data, and analytics to deliver world-class CRM campaigns for fans globally, building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Focus on promoting major boxing and MMA pay-per-view events, while also supporting campaigns across a wide range of sports including football, tennis, rally, golf, and basketball.
• Drive advanced personalisation and segmentation strategies, leveraging available data and technical capabilities to enhance conversion rates and deepen fan engagement.

You'll have:

• At least 2+ years’ experience as a CRM Manager
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment, where impeccable time management, agility, and fast thinking are daily expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellence in stakeholder management; DAZN is a multinational matrix organisation, and you will be expected to influence senior leaders in each market.
• A passion for sport, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan, ideally in an international context, would be nice to have.
