About the team
Our vision is to build tomorrow's fulfillment network by revolutionizing how we predict and optimize capacity. The NACF ACES Capacity team is the source of truth for fulfillment network capacity, spearheading evidence-based solutions and strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth that outpaces customer demand. We utilize automated modeling and analysis to clearly understand existing under the roof (UTR) constraints. We leverage these insights to prioritize and implement hardware, software, and process changes which eliminate these bottlenecks. We are an organization of experienced, dynamic, and data-driven problem solvers who take the appropriate ownership of initiatives to guarantee their success. We are key partners of short, mid, and long-term planning teams, providing the necessary inputs to make important business decisions which directly impact our customers. Our goal is to create a sustainable, scalable framework that not only addresses immediate operational challenges but also anticipates and prepares for future growth. Through the integration of short-term tactical planning and long-term strategic forecasting, we are building a foundation that will enable Amazon to maintain its competitive edge while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
