The ERP Analyst, Workday Support is responsible for enhancing, supporting and maintaining ERP related application(s), primarily Workday, within the St. Lukes Health System with an emphasis on financial and supply chain. Serves as the technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, testing, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Requires crouching, kneeling, and lifting of objects weighing up to 60 pounds, pushing objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to perform repairs of small equipment and to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred. Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience is required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
1 – 2 years of general computer experience is required. 1 - 2 years of Workday support is preferred. Workday Certifications a plus. Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Workday, UKG Dimensions, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL, reporting tools experience is preferred. MS Office is required.
