Job Description
Key targets:
Responsible for efficient and effective support of 300 client devices and 300 users in location. To support projects on region and local level need clear advise on infrastructure concepts, solution design, project realization and operation
▪Daily management of Local IT department
▪IT Help Desk for all IT users
▪Support and implement in local about the global project developed by Continental IT Headquarters
▪Ensure the stable operation of the company's IT network and servers or other devices, and maintain the equipment in accordance with IT policies
▪Support various IT audit in TISAX , ISO27001 etc.
▪Resonsible for local Data Protection and Cyber Security issues.
▪ Specify budget and execute budget
▪ Supervise the execution of the plant IT budget when necessary
▪ Local ISP cost management
