Salary Range: $48k to $52K
A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant’s education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.
This position does require the employee to work on-site daily.
Position Summary
The Student Engagement Operations Coordinator is part of the Division of Student Affairs and serves as a member of the Engagement Portfolio (Student Activities and New Student and Family Programs). Reporting to Associate Dean of Students, this role will work diligently to ensure that units within the Engagement Portfolio are supported in a timely and effective way including providing effective communication, financial management, technical and information technology support, hiring and overall business and office management. This includes providing front line office support for New Student and Family Programs, including supporting student employees in the role. Additionally, this position will support the web, social media and marketing efforts for the Engagement Portfolio including content creation, posting, and promotion of programs and initiatives. Furthermore, this position supports the development and implementation of large-scale signature and Portfolio-wide initiatives such as Orientation, Weeks of Welcome and Homecoming and Family Weekend. Performs other duties as assigned.
