Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a VP - SYSTEM BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & TRANSFORMATION to join our BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION team!
The Vice President – System Business Intelligence & Transformation plays a highly visible role in helping Aspirus Health effectively use data and insights to make well informed decisions, advance strategic initiatives, accelerate improvement, and achieve sustainable success. Additionally, this role will set the vision for Business Intelligence and Business Transformation capabilities, spread the use of Lean/Six Sigma and project management methodologies, drive improvement and standardization/optimization of processes, and play an influential role in supporting organizational performance improvement. The Vice President is responsible for building Aspirus capabilities in data analysis and reporting, process improvement and project management, critical thinking and the effective implementation of the system strategy and major impact projects.
