Job Title: Third Shift Machine Operator
Location: Dekalb, Illinois
Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for dependable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Third Shift Machine Operators. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring efficient output during overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for an entire shift
- Comfortable working independently on third shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
