We are seeking experienced structural fitters/welders to join our team for night shifts in a steel fabrication shop. You will be performing flux core structural welding on mild steel beams, along with structural fitting tasks. You must observe all standard safety practices and follow all safety rules and regulations. Your role will involve laying out and cutting for the final product, fitting and completing final welds, and multi-pass welds. Additionally, you will lay out and mark weld points on parts and position pieces to be welded using jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps with measuring instruments and hand tools. Other duties may be required as assigned.
We offer the opportunity to go direct, with 100% of healthcare costs covered by the company. There is a matching 401(k) plan up to 5%, and we will cover 50% of uniform costs, including 13 pairs of jeans and a Carhartt jacket.
This position is in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting. We offer the night shift (6:00pm-4:30am).
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
