About the job:

• Maintain and develop and improve Photo and Wet processes. SPC CPK target>1.67
• Process capability improvement for new process and product.
• Perform DOE’s and other tests. Perform failure analysis on lots or wafers as required for yield improvement.
• Supply data and Work together with related department to target yield improvement and cost reduction
• Process FMEA and CP maintain.
• Leader project to do the online quality and capacity improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
• Two to five years of experience
• Knowledge of engineering practices
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
