The Business Development Executive works to improve MCC’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. He/She is responsible for meeting budget expectations and delivering YOY growth exceeding the market growth rates. The Account Executive focuses on three main areas: New Account Development, Client Retention, and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

DESIGNATION: PCO / SO (Pollution Control Officer / Safety Officer)
Responsibilities:
Mission: To safeguard our environment and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Compliance: Develop and implement comprehensive pollution control programs, ensuring strict adherence to all Philippine environmental laws and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
- Safety Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of proactive safety programs, fostering a culture of safety awareness and prevention. Conduct regular safety training for employees and contractors, ensuring they are equipped to work safely.
- Government Liaison: Coordinate with government agencies (DENR and DOLE) to obtain necessary permits and certifications, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents and incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and maintain a safe work environment.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on environmental and safety performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving environmental and safety regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and proactive in its practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
- Certification: Possess valid Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation from the DENR and Safety Officer (SO) accreditation from the DOLE.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in environmental and safety management, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and regulations.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
