Description

  • Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone
  • Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues
  • Send tracking orders to customers
  • Process online orders
  • 15 phone calls per day
  • Respond to customer 100+ emails from general email inbox
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Respond to customer requests and sell products/services
  • Execute Sales efforts in a professional manner that reflects positively of the company and its partners
  • Work with manufacturer partners to improve service levels and market share
  • Step in wherever possible to support sales efforts

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience
  • Computer Skills
  • Data Entry Skills

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Follow-through
  • Resourceful on their own, ability to ask good questions and work through problems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
