Overview

Partnering with Greater China Area LnS Product leaders in strategic business discussions, through creating business value to the leaders by leveraging deep dive analysis with insights and influencing decision making through strong collaborations and recommendations, and in additional provide financial leadership views to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• This role is the primary finance focal of GCA LnS TbM products for decision making and acts as liaisons to the other finance functions and between Area and Region.
• Acts as sparring partners to the GCA LnS TbM product heads on product performance and development.
• Runs the GCA L&S TbM target setting, business planning and forecasting process together with the business.
• Runs GCA L&S Business Performance Management process。
• Reviews, monitors and track pipeline performance and customers development of respective products.
• Identify and evaluates growth opportunities.
• Identify and monitor performance improvement areas, including procurement and operational initiatives (e.g., productivity). Assesses financial implications of decisions
• Taking the lead in organizing Area LnS product performance reporting, including financial performance; supporting and reviewing the narrative and related Q&A.
• Coordinate with Area TbM Operation and Lns Procurement for realizing overall financial targets in L&S TbM’s.
• Ad-hoc work incl. Finance Transformation projects, Platforms, Reporting process improvements etc.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics fields.
• Professional Qualification in accounting such as CPA/ACCA/CA. Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong financial understanding, analytical skills, and business acumen
• Strong communication, presentation, influence and stakeholder management skills
• 10+ years’ work experience with proven track record of business partnering and performance management.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of business and functional stakeholders and various levels in the organisation
• Highly skilled in written and spoken English
• Agile/Change Management mindset
