In this role you will be reporting directly to Transit, IL/GE Manifest and Counter Operations Team Lead. You will be responsible to own and manage the customer experience in all interactions with customers and intermediaries that come to the counter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers the release of documents and cargo.
  • Identifies and brings forward opportunities for improvement of the customer experience and internal processes.
  • Owns and manages the customer experience. Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customers.
  • Support Import and export operations, register delivery orders etc.
  • Manage cases through internal portal, control requests and share correct deliver orders to customers.

We are looking for

  • Graduate who is interested in logistics, transport, or supply chain industries.
  • Excellent command of Georgian, and English Languages, Russian is preferable.
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

We expect you also have

  • Customer focus - meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, comfortable in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders in an ambiguous environment, with an agile mindset.
