Position Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst (Commerical - Rx) at VuMedi will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position will be responsible for conducting complex data analyses, creating reports, and providing insights to support business operations, product development, and strategic initiatives. They will work closely with various teams, including Commercial, product, marketing, and finance, to ensure that data informs all aspects of decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (internal platforms, third party data, etc.) to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business growth, product enhancements, and user engagement strategies.
- Campaign Performance Analytics: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Target List Analyses: Analyze client target lists to improve client QBRs and maximize the conversion rate of our sales proposals
- Forecasting: Collaborate to develop accurate sales forecasts and demand projections based on historical data and market trends.
- Promotion Effectiveness Analysis: Assess the impact of promotions and promotions strategies on product sales and customer behavior
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements in data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and data teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, business analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare, tech, or education industries.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources, including IMS, Symphony Health, or similar datasets.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven ability to handle and analyze large datasets, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
