Pay: $75-$85 per hour(W2) or $90-$110(1099/C2C)

Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Sales Workstream Lead to support a critical enterprise transformation project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM) and a strong background leading functional design and configuration efforts across the sales lifecycle.

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution design, functional configuration, and deployment for the sales workstream. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure seamless delivery through go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales Workstream for the Infor M3 implementation
• Design and document end-to-end processes related to Customer Order Management
• Configure Infor M3 to align with business needs and functional design
• Develop functional specifications for development and integrations
• Partner with QA teams to define and execute system and user acceptance testing
• Support data migration, training, and go-live planning/execution
• Provide ongoing issue resolution and post-go-live stabilization support

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ERP experience, with strong functional expertise in Infor M3
• Proven success implementing and configuring Customer Order Management modules
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, preferably in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and sales lifecycle operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in full-cycle Infor M3 implementations
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries a plus
