Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Intelligence team to partner with the Business.

As a Business Intelligence Vice President within our Data Team, you will collaborate closely with product, operations, and data teams to understand business problems, identify underlying challenges, and deliver actionable data insights. Hands on expertise across Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, dashboard performance optimization is critical and a must have to succeed in this role along with AI. The Business Intelligence Solutions team works to provide tailored solutions for Wholesale lending services data needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for AI drift detection to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models across the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to align AI drift detection efforts with organizational goals. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in AI drift detection methodologies by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Encourage innovation within the team to enhance detection capabilities.
  • Accurately collect, refine, and transform data from diverse sources using advanced SQL queries and Alteryx expertise.
  • Design, develop, and manage dynamic data visualization solutions in Tableau, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough control testing of solution components, ensuring precise insights and validation with stakeholders for accuracy.
  • Publish and manage dashboards, reports with optimized scheduling, addressing data discrepancies and performance issues proactively.
  • Define critical data scope within products, documenting, classifying, and enriching data with comprehensive metadata for effective use.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics/business intelligence to deliver data-driven insights and strategic solutions, With 7 years mandatory hands-on expertise in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau for advanced analytics, complex data manipulations, and crafting advanced data visualizations.
  • Possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with a focus on drift detection techniques. Experience in managing large-scale AI projects and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and anomalies in data. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Utilize proficiency in Qlik and Python to effectively meet future and evolving data needs, while adeptly tackling complex data logic challenges and designing sophisticated workflows for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
