Position Description

$13.00 PER HOUR | CAN WORK UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEK As a part-time Customer Support Admin you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties in this role include submitting product-related requests to our Programming Department, creating letters which introduce our services to customers, gathering and routing customer documentation via fax or email, and shredding outdated and unnecessary records. You will also maintain the department training calendar, prepare classroom materials and compile instructor evaluations. Occasionally you will be assigned to various customer call projects such as providing reminders, confirming various product orders and making call requests.
