We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for driving the development, maintenance, and refinement of our Azure-hosted web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and JavaScript
  • Take ownership of application performance improvements by overseeing the implementation and optimization of the microservices architecture
  • Guide the team in the effective use of Azure DevOps for project management, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
  • Architect scalable, reliable applications and manage deployment to Azure App Services
  • Perform detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality code and best practices across the development team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application development, deployment, and production environments
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the scope, design specifications, and delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth
  • Align development efforts with business needs by effectively communicating with team members, product managers, and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and practices that improve the quality and efficiency of the development lifecycle
  • Stay updated with emerging industry trends and technologies to ensure the team's technological competitiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, including over 1 year of leadership experience in a technical team or project
  • Proven expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and JavaScript
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Services, DevOps, and cost optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience in designing and managing microservices architecture
  • Advanced understanding of project management principles and best practices in the context of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and align multi-disciplinary teams
  • Fluent B2+ English proficiency with a focus on technical communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale Azure cloud optimizations and cost management
  • Proficiency in applying advanced debugging techniques and executing performance testing for complex applications
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Certification in Azure or cloud-related technologies
