Position Description

As a member of our Technical Server Support team, you will provide technical support for Reynolds POWER Application Servers and related computer equipment, such as electronic document management and customer facing kiosks. Our support is provided 24/7, primarily by telephone, to the customer base and to Reynolds on-site technicians. This role would require you to develop and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge and ability supporting server hardware, Linux, and proprietary software as well as evaluate new products. You would also have the opportunity to recommend changes to new and existing documentation and products to enhance reliability as well as support and repair internal Production servers located in company datacenters, and QA/Testing servers throughout the company. This is a fast paced, ever-changing environment where you will also provide insight and recommendations for existing products as well as create technical documentation. Requirements

  • Solid troubleshooting ability
  • 2 years experience or equivalent tech school degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Technical documentation skills, a plus
