Job Description:
In this role, you will have an impact on Amazon's personalized shopping experience, and the satisfaction of being able to look back and say “I was a key contributor to something special from its earliest stages”.
The right person is an experienced Software Development Manager with proven experience leading a fast-moving engineering team. With a strong technical background, great communication (writing/verbal) skills, and solid people management skills to manage and develop a talented and experienced engineering team, as it is essential for the success in this role. If you are seeking to invent, build and improve customers' experiences that enable millions of customers worldwide. Relish the idea of solving problems and dealing with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects.
