Accounting Manager

Role Overview: The Accounting Manager will take on critical responsibilities, including:

• Corporate accounting functions (covering marketing, finance, IT, and HR).
• Accounting for newly acquired companies.
• Managing the month-end close process.
• Leading and mentoring staff/senior accountants.
• Preparing auditable financial statements and supporting audits.
• Handling journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in public accounting (audit).
• CPA or CMA certification (strongly preferred).
• Expertise in corporate accounting, including financial statement preparation and acquisition integration accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with mid-level ERP systems.
• A proven track record of career stability and progression.
