Sr. Engineer Application Engineering Engineer

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Provide technical support for Infineon Bluetooth products to customers during customers’ evaluation and development phase, and support internal FAE to support their customers
• Perform system debugging and design service for various customers and various applications using Infineon various Bluetooth products
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams
• Support and create product easy-of-use technical collaterals (e.g. ref. design, knowledge articles, application notes)
• Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers
• Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient
• 在客户评估和开发阶段向客户提供无线蓝牙产品的系统解决方案技术咨询，支持内部FAE为客户提供支持
• 为客户提供使用英飞凌无线产品的系统设计调试及开发服务
• 与营销、硬件/软件开发和芯片/解决方案设计团队跨职能合作支持客户，通过与客户和内部团队沟通，收集相关领域的IP/产品/应用需求。
• 支持并创建易于使用的产品技术资料（例如参考设计、知识文章、应用笔记等）
• 准备并向同行和最终客户提供产品/解决方案培训
• 专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户独立使用英飞凌产品

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or above degree, major in EE, 3-5 Years relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of embedded systems – software, firmware and hardware applications，RTOS, Linux and android experience is a plus.
• Experience of programming with C/C++ in Linux environment, Bluetooth related experience is preferred
• Customer-orientated mindset, great interest in interacting with various of customer engineers
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Occasionally travelling required

• 良好的嵌入式系统相关软件固件和硬件应用经验
• 有在Linux环境下使用C/C++编程的经验，有Bluetooth相关协议栈经验
• 以客户为导向的思维方式，对与各种客户工程师的互动工作非常感兴趣
• 快速学习新技术的兴趣和能力
• 良好的英语和普通话的书面和口头沟通能力
• 偶尔需要出差
