Vaco Los Angeles is working with a company in the Retail industry who is looking for a qualified HR Coordinator to come and support their HR team. Key responsibilities will include, onboarding efforts and new hire orientation, HR compliance and answering HR inquires and assisting with data managment efforts. This opportunity is located in either there Beverly Hills or Commerce location and will be in office 4 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between $25-$26/hr on a temp basis.

Job Specifications:

• Leading onboarding process and new hire orientation
• Keeping up with all HR compliance
• Maintain all employee information in HRIS system
• Responsible for all employee relations and employee engagement
• 2-3 years of HR experience preferred for role
• Experience working in the Retail space highly preferred
• Bachelors Degree preferred or at least AA Degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as detail oriented
