Restoration Project Manager

Are you experienced in restoration and ready to take your career to the next level? At SERVPRO of Cypress, Texas, we’re looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Restoration Project Manager to join our team and lead excellently.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage property restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Lead your team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service
• Create accurate project scopes using industry software (Xactimate™)
• Ensure high-quality work, clear communication, and top-tier customer satisfaction
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and expenses efficiently
• Maintain detailed project documentation and billing records
• Represent SERVPRO professionally with clients, insurance reps, and vendors
• Respond to urgent customer needs quickly and effectively

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of restoration industry experience (required)
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience
• IICRC certification (required)
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs with help)
• Comfortable with ladders, confined spaces, heat, and variable environments
• Able to work on your feet or behind the wheel for extended hours
• Available for rotating on-call and weekend shifts
• Travel locally (company vehicle provided)
