Job Description

1.职位总结：负责底盘控制系统开发- 制动产品和功能链

2.底盘控制产品ESP/ IPB/BWA/EMB 系统开发：

• 负责博世ESP (车身稳定系统)、IPB (智能集成式制动系统) 、BWA (线控制动系统)、EMB (电子机械制动)系统开发，根据客户需求，为中国客户提供整体技术方案
• 负责底盘控制产品正向研发和本地研发, 满足博世开发流程和质量要求
• 负责底盘控制新产品、新技术的导入和技术落地
• 负责系统软件开发，算法设计，以及问题分析和解决

3.沟通：

• 与博世全球团队沟通，引入新技术并运用到客户项目
• 和软件团队和项目团队及时沟通，保证高质量交付

Qualifications

• 硕士学历，车辆工程， 计算机，自动化及相关专业
• 3+ 汽车行业经验或非常优秀的应届毕业生
• 专业技能：

1. 熟悉底盘控制系统和软件开发（有制动、转向、悬架以上工作经验）
2. 掌握C/C++, MATLAB 开发工具及语言
3. 熟悉汽车动力学、车辆控制、经典现代等控制理论
4. 熟悉 V-Model , APIECE, ISO 26262 加分
5. 有 AI、 Machine Learning 等背景加分

• 能力要求：良好的沟通表达能力、较强的组织协调能力，高度的责任心，工作积极主动
• 驾驶：C1驾照必须 （博世将提供车辆测试所需的驾驶培训）
