Responsibilities:
- Enter jobs that are submitted by email, phone, and in person.
- Monitor job progression
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work very closely with salesmen and production staff as a team to complete print projects
- Collect Payments
- Answer phones
- Data Entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational skills, superior customer service, good attitude, ability to learn new tasks quickly, team player, knowledge of the print industry is preferred but not required.
- Must have good grammar skills, good handwriting, and be comfortable writing thank you letters.
