Job Description – Senior Developer (backend)

As a Senior Product Software Engineer,You will play a key role in designing, developing, and troubleshooting software programs.

Total Experience: 6 to 10 years

Responsibilities:

• Development and release of Belgium products
• Providing support and mentoring junior staff
• Reviewing code
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine the scope and requirements of software projects
• Develop high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable visual C++ code
• Experience in building on-premises applications
• Implement performance optimization, security, debugging, and testing tools
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in visual C++ development

The following mandatory skill set is required for the engineer.

• Candidate is currently working in Visual C++ /Windows C++ then Experience at least 5 years in the technologies.
• Basic understanding on C++ version 11 onwards.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
• Basic understanding on DBMS like SQL Server/ Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience on Windows API, MFC.
• Writing Unit Tests /TDD
• Understanding of Mocking Frameworks(Boost, gMoc, Mockito.,)
• Experience on Agile development (preferably on SAFe/Scrum) .
• Understanding of Design pattern/OOP/SOLID Principles.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in SAFe.
• Experience on DBMS like SQL Server/ Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience in Copilot.
• Experience in Git/Azure Repos
• COM/DCOM, ATL/WTL libraries.
• Basic understanding on Windows Development using .Net Std/.Net Core
• Experience in design pattern implementation.
• Knowledge of Azure Services including DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines) , App services
