We are the front-end team of the Ads Growth Platform, responsible for business and technical development in areas such as Growth Mid Platform and business growth. We are committed to building a powerful growth flywheel engine to increase the GMPT revenue scale, including building a unified omni-channel reach/rendering SDK (SSR, CSR), a unified content production engine driven by DSL (LowCode), and AIGC (Email generation, automatic campaign, etc.) Responsibilities 1.Responsible for the iteration of mobile advertising products in overseas markets (e.g., Promote, Seller Center App, etc.), continuously optimizing user experience in areas such as ad creation and payment to enhance product revenue. 2. Explore universal ad creation experience solutions for both in-app and off-app scenarios on TikTok’s mobile platform. 3. Continuously optimize frontend cross-platform architecture and performance based on business iteration and development needs.
Minimum Qualifications: BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, industry experience in a software development environment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guide the team to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve product and growth capabilities. Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or any other equivalent library / framework. Have practical understanding and experience in achieving high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience for web applications. Possess strong system design, engineering, and technical planning capabilities. Familiar with one of the server level languages (Node.js/Python/Java/Golang/PHP), with experience in server level development. Preferred Qualifications: Have relevant experience in advertising and e-commerce industries Pay attention to cutting-edge technology and have a spirit of exploration and innovation, like AIGC Experience in full stack development is a plus.
