About the team As Monetization Product Operations (MPO) our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by designing and scaling processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, and multiple locations in the US, and we're expanding to more hubs. About the role As Lead Program Manager, you'll support the head of Technical Solutions in operationalizing a global performance program. The Technical Solutions team supports Advertisers in implementing products like TikTok Signal and Catalog, as well as driving campaign optimizations and performance best practices for the largest advertisers on TikTok. The role is a dynamic mix of technical program management with a strong emphasis on building partnerships with TikTok Sales organization to ensure success globally. Responsibilities - Manage and develop a team of Technical Solutions Consultants (TSC) working with clients to drive technical implementations of Signals, Catalog and optimizations to performance marketing campaigns. - Partner closely with Sales leadership in-region to drive alignment on customer account selection, program objectives and ensure close-loop reporting on program KPIs and client outcomes. - Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to translate vertical best practices to operational playbooks for TSC to implement with Sales and clients. - You will own program governance; ensure program SOPs are followed and optimized as the program matures. - Contribute to the voice-of-customer program, ensuring insights from TSC performance program are captured and presented back to the Product

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience - 4+ years of experience in consulting or project management - Hands-on experience in digital advertising is required, with a focus on performance advertising preferred. - Front-end or mobile development experience and/or experience working with or implementing mobile SDKs (iOS and Android), server-side technologies, APIs. - Experience building, managing, and influencing relationships with senior stakeholders, using data to generate insights and drive program output. - Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, who can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; self-initiating; thrives in ambiguity. - Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications - 4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising is required, with a focus on performance advertising preferred.
