The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities includes;

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Business Development

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services. Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, fragrance development, and overseas affiates to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of branding, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
