HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible to ensure all production equipment in factory are in good condition ranging from high-end robotic automation to precision tooling methodology. We work closely with manufacturing and Frontline Technician team to ensure Automation manufacturing went smoothly in term of Cost, Delivery and Quality for HSA operation.
About the role - you will:
- Supervise and Lead: Oversee daily maintenance activities of the technician team, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Manpower management and improvement : Manage manpower to ensure enough support for production line , coaching and work with engineering team to provide training and development opportunities for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks including project implementation.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by technicians, conducting regular inspections and audits including ensure on safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support other deliverable job in regarding maintenance engineering related activity.
About you:

Your experience includes:
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or team lead role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance planning, and shopfloor operations.
- Familiar with Corrective Action and 8D concept and able to responsible for action by working with engineering team.
- Experience coordinating with production teams to align maintenance activities with production needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate technical teams to meet performance goals.
- Relevant technical education or certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
