Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to contribute to our mission of enhancing Vendor Experience (VX) and engagement through innovative transformation programs and quality engagement solutions.

This role, which requires business-level Japanese and English, brings together business skills, empirical data, social engagement and external technology into learning about Amazon operations, products and programs for selling partners to increase and maximize selling partner knowledge and capabilities. It's a unique opportunity to get broad exposure to Amazon Stores leadership and support partners of JP/worldwide. Key job responsibilities

  • Drive Amazon Japan's Voice of Vendor (VoV) and Voice of Employee (VOE) program, establishing systematic feedback collection mechanisms and driving strategic improvements in vendor experience, while accelerating VX and EX transformation programs across the org.
  • Own end-to-end partner engagement strategy, vision, process, and mechanisms to empower our seller partners' capabilities and experience.
  • Identify selling partner challenges and needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams across product and program organizations.
  • Develop solutions with strong justification and obtain leadership alignment through logical document writing and stakeholder influencing.
  • Create and deliver execution roadmaps that exceed high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Define impact metrics and develop effective measurement frameworks in collaboration with Data/Science teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech teams experience
