WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a SkillBridge training opportunity open exclusively to transitioning U.S. military service members. As an Associate Project Manager intern, you’ll support our Project Management team and gain exposure to real-world AV project delivery, client communication, and operational workflows.
This hands-on experience is designed to build a strong foundation in project coordination and prepare you for potential career opportunities post-transition.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with cable pulls, terminations, and equipment installation on AV projects
- Learn to interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Practice the use of AV tools and materials including rack fabrication and cable testing
- Observe and participate in field installation activities under supervision
- Support project documentation, onsite logistics, and basic troubleshooting
- Shadow experienced technicians and participate in onsite walkthroughs
- Follow all company safety standards and protocols
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
- Active duty service member approved for SkillBridge participation
- Strong interest in field-based technical work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid Driver’s License and a driving record that meets company standards
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice-To-Haves:
- Background or formal education in electronics, IT, or AV
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems or construction environments
- Ability to read basic schematics or diagrams

- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge program. Participants will continue to receive military pay and benefits during the training period.
