Job Description
This is an entry level, semi-skilled level grade work in several trade areas regarding the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. Under close supervision, the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing and assisting in maintenance and repairs throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s buildings, facilities, grounds, surrounding areas and equipment, ensuring their clean and safe operations. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of three (3) years of prior experience working in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds is required. Vocational/technical training in maintenance and/or mechanical repair or any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
