Sensitive Line Technical Manager (M/W)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Sidel is looking for a Sensitive Line Technical Manager who will be in charge of the technical management of complete line solutions for the Sensitive Portfolio : providing support to the Portfolio and Regions in delivering competitive solutions, by developing technical guidelines, deploying Best Practices and actual performance analysis, driving related action plans

YOUR MISSION

As Sensitive Line Technical Manager, your main missions will be :

• Define and push optimized solutions to our front line, teaming-up with Product Managers to:
• Manage the Sensitive complete line engineering definition.
• Drive the standardization at line level by recommending Best practices line engineering
• Deliver technical guidelines for line definition and optimization.
• Support Project Management
• Run risk assessment of complex projects submitted by Regions and escalate to Product/Portfolio management.
• Support the Regions on issue resolution related to line (line engineering, packaging related, guidance on 3PE)
• Participate in customers meetings (performances issues, technical improvement requests…)
• Ensure sustainable performance of Sensitive solutions:
• Analyze and recommend optimization for Installation & Commissioning activities together with ESE
• Perform line performance analysis and drive line improvement through field data collection, analysis and action plan implementation.
• Be a technical referent for the Program and team members on all PDP projects

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent and have experience in project management, full production line management, and customer-facing roles.

Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership in cross-functional environments are essential.

Fluent written and spoken English is required, with additional languages being a plus. The role also requires availability for travel.
