The Tech & Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.

The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matrixial organization relying on 4 pillars:

  • Data and System Engineering, made of the following teams : Data Center of Excellence, Products and Systems Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
  • Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, T&D Operating Model Implementation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Governance, and Processes
  • Technical, made of teams dedicated to IT Operations, Network, Cloud, Workplace & Cloud Productivity Services
  • Crews and Transversal Functional Domains

Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C-C teams are fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.

In the frame of our wish to raise our TMMI compliance level for all the squads of our crew, you will contribute to the instantiation of the testing framework at squad level. Once the framework will be defined, you will support the squads in the implementation of that framework during the different testing campaigns. First objective is to be TMMI level 2 compliant before moving to TMMI level.

This role will be also connected to the testing improvement initiative which is part of our global IT strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the instantiation of the TMMI framework for the different squads
  • Contribute to the implementation of that framework during the different testing campaigns
  • Contribute to testing automation
  • Contribute to the production of progress monitoring dashboards

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Education & Background

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • A strong interest in testing methodologies, software development processes, or IT governance frameworks
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in IT, QA, or Agile environments is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and lifecycle (manual or automated)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, etc.), or dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Grafana) is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Interest in quality assurance standards such as TMMI, ISTQB, or similar
