Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PMCM Risk and Reporting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and project reporting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans for construction projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project risks and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed risk assessments and reports, including risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Utilize risk management and reporting software and tools to track and report on project status.
- Conduct regular risk reviews and update risk management plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management and project reporting.
- Proven track record of managing risks for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and reporting software and tools (e.g., RiskWatch, ARM, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP).
- Experience with PMCM services.
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
