About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain and update automated records. This role involves organizing documents, entering data from source materials, and verifying the accuracy of information, all while adhering to company and client standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Batch and organize documents for data entry.
  • Accurately key data from source documents into automated systems.
  • Prioritize tasks according to schedules and client expectations to meet processing deadlines.
  • Verify data entries and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate data-related issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Operate peripheral equipment to support data entry processes.
  • Contribute to improvements in keying procedures and production formats.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness; report any potential hazards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to security and data privacy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility across various environments.
  • Work in office, production, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas, occasionally exposed to dust, dirt, toner, or ink.
  • Engage in repetitive physical activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, talking, and hearing as needed.
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to focus on detailed tasks.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive motions and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with data entry or similar administrative tasks.
  • Repetitive motion is required: may require twisting/bending/Climbing

"The pay range for this position starts at $20.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
