The Finance Technology is looking for an IT Application Engineering Manger. An Application Engineering Manager plays a key role in designing and extending Oracle applications used at Amazon.com. This position will be responsible for managing IT App Engineers and IT App analysts , full time and contractors, and guide the team on developing solutions and supporting of multiple applications within the Oracle e-Business suite including General ledger, Fixed Asset and Project Accounting. Core activities will include development of technical specifications, configuration of standard applications, modifications to standard forms and reports, development of new forms and reports, development of complex interfaces in and out of the e-business suite, and end user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10 years or more on building a supporting OFA or another ERP.

5 years or more of people management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Forms, Reports, Concurrent Programs, Java, BI Publisher and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Finance modules such as AP, FA, AR, GL etc.
• 5 or more years of demonstrable people management experience.
• Ability to create a solution breakdown and innovate and deliver with complex or ambiguous requirements.
• Practitioner of Agile development and delivery methodology.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies is good to have but not mandatory for this role.
