Customer Service - Part Time

Contract at least 3 months with the potential for extension

Remote

Pay Rate: $20-21/hr

Must have:

Ability to work 5-9pm EST Monday-Friday

Customer Service experience through a retail job or Call Center

Clear and grammatically correct written and verbal communication skills

High Speed internet at home to handle the internet phone needed for this role

Job Summary:

Serve as the front line of customer support by responding to a wide range of customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, including letters, email, chat, and social media platforms. Provide timely resolutions, document interactions, and ensure consistent communication across departments to uphold the company’s brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, letters, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment, adhering to company policies and escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with various Managers, and HQ teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Accurately log customer and store information in the tracking system, ensuring appropriate coding and ongoing updates until resolution.
  • Monitor and moderate social media interactions, engaging with customers and protecting brand reputation through thoughtful responses.
  • Apply critical thinking and decision-making to handle sensitive customer concerns across digital platforms in alignment with moderation and customer service guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional company image while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Champion the customer experience by delivering responsive service and driving customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
