Customer Service - Part Time
Contract at least 3 months with the potential for extension

Pay Rate: $20-21/hr
Must have:
Ability to work 5-9pm EST Monday-Friday
Customer Service experience through a retail job or Call Center
Clear and grammatically correct written and verbal communication skills
High Speed internet at home to handle the internet phone needed for this role
Job Summary:
Serve as the front line of customer support by responding to a wide range of customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, including letters, email, chat, and social media platforms. Provide timely resolutions, document interactions, and ensure consistent communication across departments to uphold the company’s brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers. For your safety, do not provide sensitive data to anyone you have not spoken with thoroughly, never provide banking information during the application process and always double check the email address of the Recruiter to ensure it’s from an official Planet domain (@theplanetgroup.com, @theplanetforward.com, @planet-technology.com, @planet-pro.com, @planetinteractive.com, @pfes.com, @launchcg.com, @planet-pharma.com, @planet-healthcare.com) - and not a domain with an alternative extension like .net, .org or .jobs.
