Installation Site Manager(W/M/D)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Installation Site Manager, based in Saint Laurent sur Sèvre, part of ECA EPM Organization, reporting to the Lead Installation Site Manager with a main focus (but not limited) on End Of Line solutions (e.g. central palettization systems) Located near Cholet and Nantes, our site employs nearly 200 people and has developed around different areas such as engineering, assembly, setting, project management, installation & commissioning, sales, after sales, digital solutions. As our Installation Site Manager, You will be responsible to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at Customer premises from installation start to project closing, leading a team of Field Service Engineers.

YOUR MISSION

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of installation projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage teams, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered according to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to ensure proper tracking and reporting of project performance.
  • Accountable for S-Q-C-D projects on site activities for the assigned projects:

1. (S) H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. Strict application of Safety Coordination Plan on site

2. (Q) Quality - Project scope and on-site activities specifications are clearly executed, based on required resources and skills

3. (C) Cost - On-site activities are being planned and executed within the project baselined cost

4. (D) Delivery - On site activities are being completed within the scheduled timelines

YOUR PROFILE

5 years’ experience in site activities management

Experience in the field of electrical or mechanical installations.

Fluency in English and French

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Proven experience in managing installation projects is essential, ideally in a technical or engineering environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are required to effectively oversee project teams. The candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is crucial. Proficiency in project management tools and software is expected, and a solid understanding of safety and quality standards in the installation field is essential for ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Additionnal assets:

  • Experience of on site activities for installations and commissioning of End of Line systems (conveyings / Palettization / intralogistics)
  • Ability to manage third party equipments providers
  • Consolidated technical background (Mechanical; Automation; Electrical; Process)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and Problem solving attitude
